How the information in this form is used

This notice describes how the form currently behaves. Its final wording, the retention periods and the contact details of the person responsible must be approved before the public launch.

This translation is provided for convenience. The French notice is the reference version until a translation is legally approved. Français

Purpose

The information you send is used to process a volunteer application and to contact you about it. Choosing to receive the newsletter is a separate decision.

Information collected

The form may collect the campus, the age range, volunteer preferences, availability, name, email address, phone number and any skills you choose to share.

Before you send

The essential mechanism may save your progress and some structured choices, so the last point reached is known and interrupted journeys can be understood. Your name, contact details and free-text answers stay in your browser until the review, the operational consent and the final send.

Optional journey analytics

Before you begin, you may accept or decline a more precise measurement of interactions. Declining blocks nothing. If you accept, a random session tied to this tab may record which steps and questions were actually seen, when you went back, navigation attempts, validation errors and changes in the conditional screens shown.

That log keeps the campus as an administrative scope, but contains no other answer choice or content, no name, email address, phone number, free text, network address, user agent or device fingerprint. It holds no submission key and no database relation that could tie it to an application. The choice is kept in your browser tab; you can change it and ask for the session to be erased immediately from the form.

Use of the analytics

Authorized administrators can consult the completion rates by step, the last points observed, the conditional branches and the number of interactions. Details of a path with fewer than five sessions are hidden. Raw events are configured for a 90-day retention and are meant to be deleted by the retention process.

Prototype colours

The colour wheel at the bottom right of the public pages keeps, in your browser’s local storage, the chosen direction, any palettes composed with its editor, and two display preferences: whether the wheel is unfolded, and whether the form is shown on the light ground or on the site’s coloured one. That data contains only colours, a palette name and those two preferences; it is never sent to the server and is used for no measurement. Clearing your browser’s site data erases it; the editor’s “Delete” button removes one palette.

Two different agreements

The analytics choice serves only to improve the form. At the end, a separate agreement is still required to transmit your information and process your volunteer application. The optional newsletter choice also remains separate.

Access, retention and requests

Access is restricted to authorized administrators, according to their campus. The retention periods, the access, correction and deletion procedure, and the official contact details of the person responsible must be approved and published before the public launch.
